CIFSEF is making a difference

The Caribbean Institute for Social Education Foundation ( CIFSEF ) through its training program is Inspiring workers to view their jobs in a whole new light.

Many workers are stuck at the poverty level because of low wages, they live from paycheck to paycheck. As a result, they are often disengaged from their work, unable to see the connection between their jobs and their economic future. They cannot see a clear path to no long-term, sustainable future therefore, many workers are losing faith in the present system thus losing hope nevertheless, we at CIFSEF are giving hope to the hopeless.

Yes! CIFSEF Program inspires workers to view their jobs in a whole new light. Through conferences, workshops, seminars and consistent, one-on-one coaching, our students now see a job as stepping stone and not as their destination. Therefore moving on, up and out into their business has become their inspiration and road march song.

When workers treat their jobs as a stepping stone to their future, rather than a dead-end, a profound change in mindset occurs. They gain the skills and confidence to succeed in the workplace.

The fundamental shift from disengaged to engaged, workers can literally transform workplaces. Our specialized training for supervisors and managers to support the goals of our engaged employment program, make these changes permanent.
